Rights to artwork remain the sole property of Garden to Studio including after purchase. This includes the purchase of originals, commissions prints and current and/or future production of any kind.

Liability
We are not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. Any damage to products that have been handled by customers will not be refunded, exchanged or replaced.
